As a Group Exercise Instructor with Freedom Leisure, you will be customer-focused and ensure that all attendees get the best from the class in a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment.

You will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme. We are looking for a real people person who is a team player.

We are particularly interested in Les Mills instructors for the following classes:

  • Body Balance
  • Body Combat
  • Body Pump

We also welcome applications from passionate Instructors who can bring something new to the programme.

Key Requirements

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Salary: Up to £22.82 per hour
