Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Gotpeople.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff.
  • Developing recipes and menus that meet our high standards.
  • Determining plating and presentation plans that showcase our dishes.
  • Ordering and evaluating the quality of new food products.
  • Setting the staffing schedule to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Collaborating with our financial team to develop and manage our culinary budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
