Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Credit Controller to join our team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for collecting cash and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect cash and manage customer accounts to achieve monthly cash and age targets.
- Reduce shortfalls and ensure a collection cycle process is followed.
- Ensure all Age invoices are fully documented and every effort is made to minimize business risk.
- Timely identification and resolution of queries, actively communicating with customers and internal representatives to resolve outstanding issues and secure payment of overdue debt.
- Take appropriate actions on unpaid accounts, blocking and liaising/escalating to sales.
- Refer customers over limit to credit solutions team and recommend limit reductions where required.
- Reconcile customer statements to produce a concise overview of the account for the customer.
- Prepare legal paperwork for any accounts that need to be passed to the solicitors.
