About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Energy Team at Radius. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a direct sales role, preferably in the energy sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or 8x8
