Job Summary:

CV Technical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and after-sales experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned preventive maintenance schedules on customer sites in the UK and worldwide.
  2. Attend service and breakdown visits across the UK and occasionally across the rest of the world.
  3. Rectify electrical and Siemens software issues.
  4. Complete service sheets electronically on an iPad and submit to the Spares & Service coordinator in a timely manner.
  5. Deliver an extremely high standard of customer support.
  6. Travel extensively and be away from home regularly.
  7. Utilize CNC Wood Cutting / Machine Tool experience to provide expert technical support.
  8. Field Service Experience is advantageous.
  9. Be willing to work additional hours to complete projects.

Requirements:

  • CNC Wood Cutting / Machine Tool experience.
  • Field Service Experience - Advantageous.
