Job Summary:

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Small Animal Veterinary Practitioner to join our purpose-built Advanced RCVS Accredited Small Animal Hospital in Colchester.

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to collaboration and mutual respect within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a stable, permanent clinical team providing small animal medicine services.
  • To contribute to the development of the practice through participation in internal CPD programs and sharing expertise with colleagues.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment options.

Requirements:

  • Membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
  • Eligibility for registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or Veterinary Councils overseas.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a veterinary hospital setting, preferably with advanced equipment and facilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to workload management, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
