Education Support Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Special Needs Unit within a sixth-form college in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  • Supporting students with autism, ADHD, and sensory needs
  • Assisting with the general pastoral care of students
  • Providing individualized support to students
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of activities
  • Supervising students outside of lesson times

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Dedicated and committed to supporting students
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits:
