Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Programme Manager to join our team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing national account programs, supporting operational teams, and maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems. You will work closely with Account Managers and Programme Managers to execute programs on time, generate timely reports, and communicate progress and issues across teams. Your ability to deliver outstanding service, meet customer expectations, and maintain strong planning and numerical skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate national account programs and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
  • Generate timely reports and communicate progress and issues across teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate manpower and resources for service delivery and installation rollouts.
  • Escalate service or installation issues and take corrective actions promptly.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet customer expectations and deliver outstanding service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong planning and numerical skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments with a proven track record of achieving results.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
