Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Starbucks team in Stowmarket. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Leading a team of baristas and shift managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Assisting with inventory management, forecasting, and ordering supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment like Starbucks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
