Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Professional to join our team as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. This role involves carrying out reactive tasks, achieving SLAs, and performing Planned Preventive Maintenance in a timely fashion.

About the Company

Our client is the global leader in real estate services, leveraging industry knowledge to meet commercial real estate needs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive tasks assigned via the Help Desk, ensuring compliance with company standards and reaction times.
  • Achieve SLAs set by the Account Manager, working in conjunction with Supervisors.
  • Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) in a timely fashion and in line with daily working procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Comply with company Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
  • Carry out plumbing works of all types.
Requirements
  • An experienced tradesperson with at least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in their trade and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FM or building services maintenance.
  • Experience in a commercial/industrial environment is essential.
  • A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH etc.
