**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Procurement Strategy, Systems, and Compliance Manager in ensuring procurement and contract compliance across all areas of the organisation, including the delivery of new compliance and transparency requirements in line with procurement regulations.
  • Review contract management principles across the organisation and support line managers in reviewing, changing, and implementing a framework for best practice contract management, including sustainability and social value.
  • Assist in developing and supporting systems, tools, and templates to enable the Council to deliver its priorities and achieve value for money across its commercial activities.
