Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Procurement Specialist to join our team at Unipart Dorman.

Estimated Salary: £26,145 per annum.

This role involves coordinating the delivery of key products to manufacturing / Supply Chain Solutions including internally supplied products. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, monitor supplier performance, and develop strong relationships with key suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within material control within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring product delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Coordinating internal meetings and developing processes to reduce waste
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and driving improvements

The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent time management, and effective prioritization skills.
