We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Executive to join our team at Digital Waffle, a forward-thinking digital Shopify agency based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing and experience in developing, nurturing, and supporting strong client relationships. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client accounts and ensure their requirements are met through digital campaigns and projects
  • Day-to-day communication with clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimization, management, and reporting
  • Write and report client briefs to the agency team
  • Utilize multiple marketing channels, tactics, and tools to drive results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital innovations and trends
  • Manage and optimize client and campaign budgets
Requirements:
  • Previous agency experience
  • A background in digital marketing
  • Experience using CMS and communication platforms, such as HubSpot, WordPress, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, etc.
  • Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
