This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker, where you will be working with individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our service users and contributing to a dedicated team that prioritises person-centred care. You will provide support to individuals to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices.

The successful candidate will possess empathy, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. We will provide comprehensive training and support to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Health and Social Care, if required.

Main Objectives:

  • Guarantee the safety and well-being of service users, taking necessary measures to prevent abuse and ensure their welfare.
  • Offer emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach.
  • Enable service users to engage in social activities, manage their finances, and access healthcare services.
  • Maintain professional boundaries in all interactions with service users.
  • Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
