As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for producing initial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers, ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely to correct specification efficiently and that a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.

Technical Job Knowledge

The level and scope of the Vehicle Damage Assessor will be to maintain the outcomes of VDA Accreditation Audatex IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Level 3 ADAS and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle.

Requirements
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
