Morson Talent is partnering with a major Oil and Gas operator based in Aberdeen to recruit a Senior Process Safety Engineer for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Safety Engineering and experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Process Safety strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Process Safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide training and support to employees on Process Safety procedures and protocols.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Process Safety, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Process Safety Engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including HSE and ISO 31000.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
