Job Title:

Queens Park Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join their team at their nursing home in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family-owned care home provider that offers a supportive and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of high-quality care within the nursing home, achieving CI Inspection quality grades of 4's and above in all areas. They will also be expected to possess strong commercial acumen, driving occupancy and improving fees, and have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5. Additionally, they will be required to lead a clinical team, possess excellent communicative skills, demonstrate excellent leadership, and have knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) Guidelines. A driving license and own vehicle are also required.

Queens Park Care offers a fantastic salary package (OTE £96K), a competitive 20% KPI bonus incentive scheme, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory bank holidays), continued investment in your professional development, and a supportive induction programme. The interview process will be in a two-stage format, with a video call interview with the Owners & Regional Director followed by an in-person interview with the Owners & Regional Director.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within medium/large nursing homes, achieved CI Inspection quality grades of 4's and above in all areas, and possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees. They will also be required to possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5, have a clinical qualification (desirable), and demonstrate excellent leadership. A driving license and own vehicle are also required.
