Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments, preparing and presenting reports, and providing technical fire safety advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
- Prepare and present comprehensive fire risk assessment reports to clients.
- Provide expert technical fire safety advice to clients, including guidance on fire safety plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with fire services, buildings and facilities managers, surveyors, fire engineers, and landlords to develop and implement fire safety plans.
- Participate in and respond to feedback from validators on the suitability and sufficiency of fire risk assessment activities.
Person Specification
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region with overnight stays.
- Level 3 certificate in fire risk assessment or a NEBOSH fire risk assessment certificate.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
