We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Maintenance Professional to join our team at Medstrom in Bournemouth, Dorset. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including a clean vehicle allowance and excellent training opportunities. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a clean driving license and a strong background in automotive maintenance. A recognised qualification in motor vehicle repair or maintenance is desirable but not essential.
