Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Engineers

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical systems. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of technical support and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, service, and breakdown repair of medical systems.
  • Provide after-sales technical and commercial support, once fully trained.
  • Work within the healthcare market, offering the highest level of customer service, completing risk assessments, activity reports, and other documentation required by this highly regulated sector.

Requirements:

  • NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, or higher in an Electrical or Electronics qualification.
  • A background working as a service engineer or technical support engineer on electromechanical or electronics systems, including white goods, vending machines, coffee/hot drinks machines, and ex-forces engineering.
  • A full UK driving licence.
