Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop your team to achieve culinary excellence.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective menu management and inventory control strategies.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve menu offerings and kitchen operations.
