We are looking for an ambitious Financial Administrator to provide exceptional support to our clients in South Woodford, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting financial advisers with tasks such as business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.
  • Collaborating with administration centres and paraplanners to achieve business objectives.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents, including client correspondence, presentations, and illustrations.
  • Managing client records and databases, maintaining accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Effective use of CRM systems to enhance business productivity.
  • Clients onboarding and engagement.
  • Completion of new business illustrations and applications.
  • Audit and record-keeping.

For this role, we require a professional with previous experience in financial planning, excellent communication and organisational skills, and flexibility to work under pressure.

The estimated annual salary range is £25,000 - £30,000.
