Senior PPC Manager Job Description

Walker and Sloan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing all digital acquisitions, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality customers at the right cost per acquisition (CPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and execute paid Facebook advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the offline acquisition marketing manager to ensure a balanced spend between digital and offline channels.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital designers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.

Key Deliverables:

  • Hit new customer revenue targets for 2024.
  • Maintain analysis of media spend and ensure CPA targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective online campaigns to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing direct reports.
  • Magento experience is a plus, but not essential.
