Job Description

AWE is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Excellence Delivery Lead to join our expanding team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering excellence across the business, aligning with strategic goals and local improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping, planning, and delivering activities across the business based on strategic and local transformation roadmaps and priorities.
  • Building relationships, providing leadership, and stakeholder management with senior leaders to front-line teams.
  • Driving change in culture, behaviors, and performance through embedding continuous improvement technical tools and methodologies.
  • Delivery of group or 1-2-1 training, workshop facilitation, and coaching.
  • Ensuring key capabilities are sustained post-deployment.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject and/or a suitable vocational qualification (HND or equivalent) and extensive practical experience in an Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Mfg role, environment, or function.
  • Track record of providing sustained benefits and cultural change.
  • Experience of cross-business improvement facilitation and application of process improvement techniques.
  • Technical expertise across core continuous improvement toolsets.
  • Experience in coaching.
  • Understanding business context to ensure informed and relevant decision-making.
  • Experience in strategic and tactical change.
  • Experience of developing, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Leadership, influencing, and engaging with senior management and front-line staff.
  • Experienced negotiator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
