Arcadis is seeking an experienced Workplace Facilities Manager to provide expert advice on Arcadis policies and manage day-to-day operations in our offices.
The ideal candidate will have facilities management experience and be able to travel. This role can be based in either Bristol or Cardiff and will also require occasional travel to Exeter and Plymouth.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
About the Role- Contribute to budgetary planning and provide regular reports and commentary to support project budget management.
- Collaborate with senior specialists to ensure successful delivery of internal projects and meet project milestones.
- IDentify and comply with relevant legal and regulatory controls that govern work practices at Arcadis.
- Analyse customer service levels using standard reporting tools and highlight any discrepancies against expected levels of service.
- BuilD trusted relationships with internal customers to ensure high-quality services.
- Ensure all Arcadis offices are managed in accordance with SHE and FM best practices, including contractor appointment and management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- BIFM Level 3 or above qualification.
- Previous experience in office or facilities management.
- IOSH management safety certification.
- Effective research, data gathering, and analysis skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience of managing small projects.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
