Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant - Group Operations

A highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant - Group Operations is required to oversee the financial activities in the industrial / manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will deliver accurate financial reports and implement effective financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and co-ordinate the central process for robustly reviewing and reporting the financial results of subsidiaries and global functions, ensuring alignment with group and parent company.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Critically review and analyse financial results of functions and the Group to identify trends and provide insight for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
