Risk and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Risk and Governance Specialist to support our ECO compliance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Risk and Governance reporting process, tracking our ECO risk position, and working closely with compliance analysts, reporting analysts, the risk and reporting manager, and the finance team.
This role will involve monitoring and reporting, business partnering, technical resolution, stakeholder engagement, and regulations and policy interpretation. You will be required to keep abreast of all relevant Government and Regulator guidance, policy proposals, and legislation.
We are looking for a strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent reporting/presenting ability, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) including scheme rules and compliance requirements are essential.
As a Risk and Governance Specialist, you will be working in a hybrid role, based in our Sutton or Aylesbury office.
