Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Drainage Specialist to join our Repairs Team at Futures Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality plumbing and drainage works.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of drainage and plumbing works, including multi-skilled tasks, inspecting, clearing, and repairing drainage pipework, and locating and repairing leaking cold water supply pipes.
  • Coordinate with relevant Water Services Company to arrange appointments for issues found, including leaks, water supply issues, and sewage.
  • Work with the Assets Team to ensure timely resolution of Section 75 notices involving private/shared water supplies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams, external site agents, developers, and contractors on drainage-related matters.
  • Communicate with external councils on environmental health and flooding problems, and provide expert advice.
  • Be the main point of contact for all pest control issues, coordinating with external contractors as needed.
