We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Night Support Worker to join our team at Falkland House School Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people during the night, responding to their needs in a calm and therapeutic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting the well-being and independence of our residents.
  • Support our young people in developing healthy routines and skills, including daily living tasks and personal care.
  • Build strong relationships with our residents, understanding their interests, dislikes, and triggers to provide tailored support.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the accommodation during the night, ensuring the safety and hygiene of our residents.
