We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our client on a short-term contract. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical units and electronic circuit boards to create high-quality educational products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electro-mechanical units.
  • Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
  • Pick component parts to form sub-assembly kits, supporting the Stores Department as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as reasonably required, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Adhere to production documentation and ensure products meet company standards.
  • Report any shortages and defects accurately and promptly.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations as outlined in the Company Rulebook.
Requirements
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to follow formal procedures and production documentation.
  • Competence in using hand tools, screwdrivers and equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and operate equipment within the Production Department.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
