Bibby Financial Services United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service through telephone conversations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. Prior experience in invoice finance or credit control is advantageous, but not mandatory. As long as you are keen to learn and have the drive to impact our clients, we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing debts and identifying potential risks through investigation discussions.
  • Reviewing paperwork and analyzing potential risks.
  • Building relationships with clients and managing their ledger across a portfolio.
