Apprentice Machinist

About the Role:

A position has arisen in the Engineering Department for an apprentice trained Toolmaker, working a continental day shift pattern.

The successful applicant should be able to provide a wide range of Tool room skills, including repairing, refurbishing, and manufacturing Tooling to maximum production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• To repair, refurbish, and manufacture Tooling to maximum production efficiency.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Self-motivated and task-oriented.
• Ability to work from Engineering drawings.
• General machining and bench-hand experience essential.
• Knowledge of CNC Machinery and Wire Erosion capability advantageous.
• Ensure housekeeping is to the highest standard.
