Creative Learning Deputy Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Creative Learning team as Deputy Manager. The Creative Learning Deputy Manager will work with the Creative Learning Manager and play a key role in the running of the department, coordinating and developing the work in Primary and Secondary Schools, together with the departments Theatre and Summer Schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading on project coordination, facilitation and the production/management of TIE Projects.
- Working with the Creative Learning Manager to ensure delivery of our education and outreach programme.
- Coordinating and developing the work in Primary and Secondary Schools, together with the departments Theatre and Summer Schools.
- A third level qualification.
- A relevant post-graduate qualification or 3 years experience in a similar post.
- Significant project management experience.
- Significant experience of working with young people in an educational setting and/or facilitating drama workshops.
- At least six months experience of administration and education work.
- Experience of producing theatre productions.
- Experience of managing project budgets.
- Full driving licence.
- An interest in and enthusiasm for theatre.
