We are seeking Swimming Educators who can deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and abilities, including those with additional needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our swimming programs in line with company policy and industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality swimming lessons that cater to diverse student needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new swimming programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in swimming education

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in swimming instruction or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
