IT System Administrator

Join our team at NordCap GmbH & Co. KG and take on the challenge of ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first and second level IT support, ensuring system and network operation, and administering virtual machines in our data center. You will also collaborate on internal IT projects, such as the introduction of new software systems and the optimization of our IT infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide first and second level IT support to our team members
* Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including UniFI, 3CX, and Active Directory/Azure
* Administer virtual machines in our data center using a private cloud approach
* Collaborate on internal IT projects, such as the introduction of new software systems and the optimization of our IT infrastructure
**Requirements:**
* Ideally, an apprenticeship or degree in IT, such as IT systems integration specialist, IT systems administrator, or digitalization management specialist
* Lateral entry also possible
* Full-time, regular mobile working possible
