Location: Cambridge, UK
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 7-12 hours per week
Pay: £14.00 per hour for weekdays, £16.00 per hour for weekends and Bank Holidays

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care professional to join our team in supporting a young man with severe disabilities in a family home in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to enable the individual to live a fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with medication and care note recording
- Participating in physiotherapy and multi-sensory programs
- Developing and maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with the client
Requirements:
- Previous care experience
- Qualifications in caring for children/young people with severe disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
