Electrical Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an Electrical Assessor, providing training and development opportunities for apprentice electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and observations of learners in both the workplace and classroom settings
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to help them meet the required standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment records and documentation
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and improve assessment materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years of electrical installations experience
• Full driving licence
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills
• Nurturing and encouraging person
• Professionalism to make a good teacher
• Flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
• Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teaching
• Happy to undergo a DBS check
