The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Policy Advisor to join our team at Helping Hands, a leading provider of home care services. As a Policy Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responding to Live Chat enquiries and selling our services to private enquirers and Health Care Professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Live Chat enquiries providing excellent customer service
  • Sell our home care services to customers and Health Care Professionals
  • Offer advice and support to customers and Health Care Professionals
  • Assist with taking calls and booking assessments via telephone
