As a Therapeutic Intervention Facilitator, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with substance use challenges through group sessions and therapeutic interventions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, promoting recovery and well-being, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,868 (Full Time Equivalent) and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing after 5 years service, and access to a Group Personal Pension with a matched 4% or 6% contribution from Barnardo's.
