Senior Bid Coordinator

VickerStock is working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator for their Civils department.
In this role, you will work closely with the team and senior management to coordinate bids, ensuring timely submissions and exceeding client expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a bid-winning strategy that drives business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid writing, preparation, and management, with at least 5 years of experience in PQQ and Tender work for construction or civil engineering companies. A degree-level education in Construction or Engineering is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in IT systems. They will also be able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, driving business growth through effective collaboration and communication.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, 6% pension, life assurance, and 33 days' annual leave. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our profit-sharing scheme and enjoy a company car allowance. In addition, you will have access to enhanced family leave policies and hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
