Job Title: Electrical Wholesale Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Wholesale Operations Manager to lead our branch in Warwick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the branch team, and ensuring seamless operations.

Our client is an established Electrical Wholesaler based in the Midlands, seeking an exceptional candidate to take charge of their Warwick branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a reputable company and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical wholesale or related industry, preferably as a branch manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
