About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' functional abilities and provide recommendations for their care and support.

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per annum, plus £2,000 after one year and an ongoing bonus of up to 10%. Our hybrid working style allows for a better work-life balance with regular hours.
