About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smart Repair Technician to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to an exemplary high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, spray, and finish vehicles to meet internal and customer requirements
- Ensure correct colour matching on all assigned tasks
- Complete paint works efficiently and in line with the daily schedule
- Accurately and skilfully undertake cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
- Accurately record time to complete jobs and associated details
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- Detect and report any additional faults for further repair

- Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software
