Job Summary
Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team on a bank basis. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for assisting in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries and assessing patients' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
- Assess patients' health and well-being, identifying potential risks and developing care plans to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and implement care plans that take into account the patient's care pathway, perioperative risks, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Qualified Theatre Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration and no restrictions on your PIN.
- Experience in scrub or anaesthetic theatre, with a strong understanding of perioperative care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
