With a salary of up to £49,000 per year, including a Tip Jar and uncapped bonus, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our generous compensation package is designed to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who shares our vision for delivering outstanding BBQ experiences. As a seasoned manager with a proven track record of success, you will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • To develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the values of Hickory's Smokehouse.
  • To collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
