Senior PHP Developer Role

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join their team in Crawley. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for building a product that is used by the public daily.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced SaaS leader and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge platform. You will be working with a 5-person development team to build a product from scratch and bring part of the codebase up to date with the latest versions of Laravel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features in a product
  • Develop high-quality, well-tested, scalable code with a focus on re-use
  • Use Test Driven Development techniques
  • Work with a team to deliver a product that meets the needs of the business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ~5+ years' experience with Laravel
  • ~5+ years' experience in JavaScript (ideally Vue but React and Angular is fine too)
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
