Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, maximising business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
  • Contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
  • Negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
  • Coordinate transactions, providing the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
  • Integrate into a team environment, providing support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
  • Introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
  • Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
  • Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
  • Be familiar with all systems, procedures, and legislation, projecting a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
Experience / Qualification:
  • A robust sales background.

As a successful Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will receive an initial 6-month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate). Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000 with very realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2, plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
