  • We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd.
  • As a Senior Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and carrying out vehicle inspections to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with our client's approved technical procedures.
  • Key responsibilities will include delivering high levels of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers, working within relevant protocols, and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have up to 5 years of experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment, be fully qualified with a City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification, and demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
  • In addition, you will need to have previous Automotive Technician experience, an MOT Testing qualification, and some main dealership experience.
  • You will also need to be able to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members, and deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points is also required.
  • Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK' is mandatory.

  • The salary for this position is up to £40,000 + Time Saved Bonus - OTE of Up to £48,300, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • As a Senior Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and meeting all legislative and corporate standards.
  • You will also be required to demonstrate our client's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customers, and prospects.
