We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Professional to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. In this role, you will provide targeted support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom.

As a SEN Support Professional, you will work closely with teachers to adapt lesson materials and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). You will also collaborate with speech and language therapists and other external professionals to provide comprehensive support for students' communication needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with sensory impairments and speech difficulties in a school or educational setting. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
