Clinical Lead Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Senior Psychologist to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and a passion for delivering high-quality services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of psychologists and other mental health professionals.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
- Work closely with colleagues across the trust to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in clinical psychology.
- Doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience of working in learning disability services, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that this presents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
